This is normal. Shiny little lights float around me at random times I can not control it. I now think it may be my arua or something but I cant read other aruas just emotians.

- Learned I was an Empath at the age 11. From then on I have learned how to sheild and feel someones emotions when I want. Have 3 cats and 1 dog. I am a also A Rainbow Child.

- Thank you Connor. My son is going to be 9 months old soon. And yes indeed he is incredibly healthy and strong. He is very intelligent, and very alert. I get stopped everywhere we go, people are drawn to him, and notice and feel his beautiful energy. I feel so lucky!! Please explain to me more about yourself and your gifts as an Empath. I have always known that I was born "different" the term indigo did not become known to me until I was about 14 or 15.

- Hi as far as I know rainbow children are here to spread love and healing rainbows. I discovered this the other day. I also read that they will be able to be, at some point in the future, 'activared' to reach all the levels of consiousness. I think that I may be one too. I've been sending healing rainbows to people and around the world/universe since about 11 years ago. It's something I'd like to find out more about too. Have you heard of opal children? I read that that's the 'new' one and they'll be being born after 2012. I've not found much info at all about either yet. Lots about indigos and crystals.
Glad to meet someone else who sees the sparkles! I too am an empath and have recently acquired the ability, with the help of homeopathy, to still empathise but without feeling the person's emotions like they are my own. A huge relief! Shielding is important so that's great that you can do that. I do a kind of grounding and homeopathy has helped me with my shield.

- ya milk doesnt agree with me . I only drink orange juice with added calcium haha. But morning it makes me barth I learned when I drank 5 cuops in a row .

- Oooo I love cheese but it doen't love me. I love eggs too but they hate me even more than cheese does LOL. I like blue cheese, the really smelly ones LOL. Alas, I buy them for my husband and put them in the fridge so that every time I open the door they're there calling my name....agh! its hard being lactos intolerant x
