very powerful two days

so last night I got offline after a four hour blank. Cant remember what I was doing and went to bed. I was lying in the bed with the lights off ready to go to sleep when I started having heavy heart palpatations (now I have heart problem so I am not to concerned) suddenly I felt this being sat at the end of the bed, curling up. I tried kicking it away but it wasnt hitting space and then I heard
"Mum its me minstrel" My cat!!!! My cat spoke to me. my cat astral projected and spoke to me. after being freaked out for a minute I felt her curl up on my chest. I promise I wasnt stoned or drunk.
anyway I fell asleep and woke up TEN hours later. cant remember where I had gone or my dreams. (thats a bad sign for me) I go downstairs and start to feel not in my body. I feel like a robot. The animals around me wont leave me alone. I had one cat climb on my shoulder just to get close to me. I have to peal her off as I had to go out. I walking down the road and a dog barks at me as i get closer it goes quiet and runs away playfully. I get to the friends how and start transcribing a channelling. I feel Archangel Micheal on on side, I feel all the guides that I have surround me. Very powerful and then If you please the animals around em start going insane acting extremely strange. one wont go out side and kepts staring at me, the other wanted to go out and wouldnt go near me. after about three hours of this I had to stop my heart chakra was also going insane throbbing and wanting to open. My heart was racing and I mention to a that I was heading back to new york on Monday and she said
"The person you came looking for is in new york!" I just stared at her.
then she said
"You need to meet Re-al tonight
I had to go then this has been a very powerful day. My power is off the charts and I knew that if I realised it I could do some damage. I feel I have come into something that makes animals wnat to be closer to me. I feel I have shifted somewhat, I knew this sounds egotistical but its true

Wow intense stuff. I wonder if a protective circle of white light might help you with all this you're going through, You could put it around you yourself. Just a friendly thought :-)
