Good to hear you've been on your travels doing spiritual work. It's amazing all the wonderful places we end up in lol. The nearest I've come to those mountains is the pyrannese in Southern France. I can imagine they were breathtaking for you. Did you take any pictures?

to you its been a while since i was on,, im just so happy abut spring
comming to us now and i went to italy to see some frends from the
camino in spain,,, and,,, it happend that i was invited for a spring -
seramony in some sacred moutaines close to ivrea ,, in north italy.
And i was such a beautiful experience to welcom spring in the clean
mountain air. I made the comitment to bring, cosmic love, healing,
and singing in to this world,,, and i feel wery happy about it.
well that was all form me for now - may i wish you all the most joyful

Quel bambino per cui abbiamo meditato sta benissimo.

to you its been a while since i was on,, im just so happy abut spring
