Hiya :) No need to ever apologise! Life is busy and it's just nice to be chatting, no-one expects immediate replies! I've no idea how long I've been meaning to your last lovely message! We're all good thanks, very excited about our little man's first birthday in 2 weeks, my 30th four days after that and then Peanut's arrival in Feb! It's all go! How are you all?
Yes I think you're right about our intuition about ourselves. I'm ridiculously obsessed with rainbows and when I look at the poems I wrote when I began my conscious journey into all of this, around 12 years ago, about rainbows flowing through everyone, uniting and healing us etc, it makes sense really!
I didn't actually realise I'd put any songs on here! Whereabouts can I find what you heard?!
Good luck with the cheese mission and the homeopathy. I've found it simply magic!
Righto, back to domesticity for me! Wrap up warm! Love and smiles, Sheena :)

PS We've had amazing results for various things with homeopathy and I've just seen here http://www.homoeo.com/hypothyroidism.shtml#approach that there are homeopathic remedies for thyroid issues. I wonder if people using these remedies could eat soya? I don't know. Love x

Yeah there's loads on there! You're welcome - shame it's of no use to you! I thought I'd heard of a tofu based cheese, don't know if there's any soya in it. I did find this site with these recipes for making your own...who gets the time to do that haha?! http://www.dairyfreeuk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1515 Don't know what it tastes like! On a page on that site I saw someone mention a brand called Veggie Kaas which is soya and dairy free apparently...
Happy cheese hunting!
By the way, re rainbows and such like, I discovered yesterday that rainbow children are here to spread rainbow healing...I've been doing this since about 11 years ago when I first became spiritually aware (or whatever!). I didn't really mention anything to anyone about it for ages, just felt that we were all linked by healing rainbows and love. I wonder if this makes me a rainbow child?
Big love x
Carnival time in the west :-) My road is closed because there is about 50 stunning carnival floats parked outside, waiting to parade through town tonight before moving on to glastonbury for saturday night. Awesome sight. YAY! carnival time. My inner child has buggered off to get a candyfloss lol x

Hahayeah then I might get a bicep on my right arm the same size as on the left! I can just see me with a toddler on my back in a wrap and a baby on the front! I will look like popeye eventually haha!
Cheers for the recommendation - always good to get them. I'll defo look up that book, I'm fascinated by dreams. What you said of his theory resonates with my intuition so sounds very interesting.
Have you a health food shop near you? They would probably stock it or if it's Holland and Barrat, order it in for you. Or maybe you could order online? I just found this page http://www.veggiestuff.com/acatalog/vegan-dairy-free-cheese.html where you can order them - there may be too much choice though haha!
Keeping wrapped up thanks! Take care, lots of love x x x

Mmm cheese cake! Love it! I like to melt chocolate to bind broken up biscuits for a nice crunchy base...yum yum!
Enjoy your cheese explorations!
Ours will have a similar age gap then - there'll be 14 months between them. I bet you were busy indeed but that it was fun! There's just a year between me and my sisters (who are twins) and we all felt like the same age. I have a mate who has a sister 14 months younger and she said they felt like twins growing up. I think all the hard work will be worth it! It's nice to hear how you felt and that it turned out ok! Things always do though eh?! I'm sure there'll be days when I tear my hair out but to imagie the two of them giggling together..well...makes me feel all the magic of being a mum!
It's actually ok at the mo being pregnant, I've got used to our little man sitting on my bump and I have biceps when I never did have before!
Yeah I'm so excited to find out the next one's personality! I have had dreams about him/her. The first one was amazing, I felt like I'd really met her (it was girl in the dream), her face was pressed up against my skin from inside my belly and I could see she had a slim face like my partner (me and my son have round faces!) and she was beautiful. It was an out there dream! I woke up so happy and content. There was another dream where it was a girl, can't remember what happened in that one. Then I spoke to a woman who said she knew hers was a girl as in the nice dreams where everything was good, it was a girl and then she had some where everything was wrong and it was a boy in those dreams. A few days after that conversation I dreamed it was a boy but everything was wrong in the dream! We were in the wrong country, my partner was not himself - he was some horrid person! Other stuff too...I think I'd had to have a hospital birth just cuz of the rules in Thailand (where we were). So anyway, I feel it's a girl this time! I could be wrong tho!
Hope all's good, love x x x
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH CHEESE. you guys are makeing me shiver. I barthed in a cheese store once . The grocery stuff is good like black diamond or whatever is good for me. And try cheese cake with cookie dough it taste good. LOL
Cool, what a most excellent artistic team you and your son make! Thanks for your beautiful words, I bet you make people feel good about themselves everywhere you go! I'd love to have my aura colours read to see if you're right, that would be really interesting!
Re. the cheese, I'm excited for you! Here are some ones that I love; tofutti make cream cheese in all different flavours and apparently it tastes just like philedelphia or something (I can't remember eating the dairy version :o) ). It works great for cheese cakes too. There's cheezly, my favourite solid cheese, they do all kinds of different flavours and I think the larger tescos do a cheddar version (my fave). Cheezly do a super melty one which is great and really melts well but I prefer their ordinary cheddar for cheese on toast as it tastes stronger. There's Scheese too, very nice. They do a blue cheese which my fella and our 11 month old love and I can't stand! It's all a matter of taste eh?! There's parmezano which I think supermarkets sell too, it's in a tub and it's got dry parmezan style cheese that you can sprinkle onto stuff. Quite strong flavour.
Shame you have to miss out on the bread you really like, I bet your body thanks you for it though!
Yeah I know what you mean, I like those kind of teas too. I've only recently gone back onto hot drinks though after being off them for ages. Post-pregnancy and pregnant again hormones or something I think! I'm into cammomile at the mo.
Happy cheese eating!
Love and stuff, Sheen xxx

PS I just happened to accidentally eavesdrop on yours and Tim's conversation! Re. the cheese, have you discovered dairy free cheese? I've been vegan for a while and there are dairy free alternatives for everything so we don't have to go without anything yummy! I don't know about wheat free bread but I think I've heard a friend say she gets some sometimes...I just did a quick google search and there is some about...maybe you don't have to go without cheese toast anymore! Well that's inspired me to go and eat some, hope you can do soon too! Love and light, Sheena xxx

Hi Anousaka, love and light to you too! I'm in Cheshire and thank you for the comment. I didn't realise or had forgotten that I put any music up on here! If I spread a little love and healing then I'm a happy girl so it's nice to hear that you think that! I like your profile pic, very arty. Did you set up the shot?
Love from Sheena xxx
Please note ANY remaining chocolate can be forwarded to me, where it will be recycled into glee!!!!
I have built a circle in my garden, its very energetic, and I have posted a 'how to' thread, a kind of step by step guide of how I made it. This may not work for everyone but it works for me lol, and there are some basic guidelines for folk to follow.
I know there was a light that drifted across my path en-route to the circle which made me smile. I have two half telegraph poles that act as washing line posts. One has a green man bust on it, the other a guinevere bust. I lit two candles and put them in the candle holders under the guinevere bust, and went and sat in the centre of the circle. There was lots of things whizzing about (not insects lol), and then lit a jostick and opened my chakras up. my energies seemed to speed up a bit and my eye focus changed, and my consciousness just seemed to drift. Very uplifting experience.
Ha, yes much more exciting. Staying in, candles, woodburner going, real coffee and cheese toastie lol, sounds similar except played some guitar, did a ceromony and at midnight I get to play in my stone circle yay!
Did a mural on my mates wall with the hobgoblin of the bottle.
Are we going to see a pic. of the bike? I always loved the old CB500T, never had one though, yours is based on that I think. Theres a pic of the bike I showed in kent in my photos here. Sounds good you're on such a high. Exciting times. Have you got anything planned for Samhain/halloween? If you have, have a good one. Love and Light, Tim
Hi Anouska, yes a time for transition and preparation for the change thats coming, this raise of conciousness in 2012. Started decades ago and now increasing in rate and energy as if everything is speeding up. A trying time for many as spirit seperates or brings together people in readiness for this event, and places them where they need to be. So no you are definately not going nuts lol.
I like Warminster and Cley Hill is a hill I can never take my eyes off. It always draws me for some reason. I have been to kent a few times and have shown a bike I built at the kent custom bike show when that used to be on.
Where indigo, crystal and rainbow children can feel as one
