Hello Michael, the energy from the cosmic rays is changing us subtly, our moods, emotions and temperament are being reprogrammed by ultra terrestrials who are using the power from the centre of our galaxy to amplify the rays. We are being reprogrammed from on high.
Now that is a question and a half. I do feel reincarnation is a big factor. I personally believe that yes you have free will but at the end of it it will be where you are meant right now. I think personally for me I believe I have lived many lives and I would like to think I will continue living for many eons.
